We have successfully handled cases from major military medical centers, hospitals and clinics, including the largest military treatment facilities at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, Walter Read Army Medical Center, Washington, DC, and the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD.
We have traveled to military bases across the country, including San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA, Fayetteville, NC, Hawaii, Ohio, Mississippi, New York, Colorado, Massachusetts, Illinois, Washington and Florida. We have handled numerous cases overseas, including cases in Germany, Italy, England, Spain, Japan and Korea.
We have collaborated with the American Hospital Association, its affiliates, and The Joint Commission to provide training and technical assistance to healthcare providers and administrators on implementing best practices, developing standards and training programs to improve Patient-Provider communication in hospitals and in other health care settings. We co-authored a first-of-its-kind,scenario-based Title VI medical school course with Stanford University Medical School: “Stopping Discrimination Before it Starts: The Impact of Civil Rights Laws on Healthcare Disparities,” published in the American Association of Medical Colleges MedEdPortal.
